Are there any delivery fees?

No, there are no delivery fees! 

Is there a minimum order size?

Yes, your total order must be at least $300, but there’s no minimum order size for each individual business. For orders less than $300, you can visit shoplocale.com to place an order from all of these businesses and more for Saturday delivery!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over the South Bay, Peninsula, San Francisco, and Marin County!

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If there are any extenuating circumstances, we'll reach out to you.

Can I add to my order after checkout?

We'll try our best! Just send us an email with any add-ons: catering@shoplocale.com

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately not. Our restaurant partners start working on the food immediately once the order is placed and it would be unfair to them to cancel those orders.

Does it come warm or cold?

All the items here come cold. The only preparation needed is placing them in the oven for time ranges of 5-30 minutes. Prep instructions for each item can be found on the individual product page.

Can I change my delivery time?

Yes, you can change your delivery time within 24 hours after you’ve placed your order. You may change the time of your delivery within the same day.

How will the food be delivered?

Your food will be delivered in a refrigerated van. The driver will bring the food to your door and inside your home if required but will not set up food on tables.

How do I track the driver?

We’ll send you a text on delivery day with a link to track your driver.
